Our Return Policy

How It Works

We are dedicated to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases.

Returns can be made within 10 days of deliver, and 5 days on in-store purchases from the date of receipt, on unworn items with tags attached, for exchange of the same item, or an even exchange. A store credit will be issued if no exchange is made. NO REFUNDS. All sale items are final. This includes special sales (holiday sales).

Please notify us via before returning unworn items. 

At this time shipping cost is non refundable. If the item/items that are being exchanging is greater than the in-store credit, a invoice will be sent for the difference plus shipping. This must be paid before new items are shipped. Please allow 7 days for all returns to be processed.

Special Orders:

All special orders are final sale, no credits or refunds (holiday discount days)

Store Policies

In-Store Credit

In-store credits are redeemable on items that are currently in stock, in-store credits can not be used on pre-orders or special orders. In-store credits will expire 2 months after the issued date. No additional discounts will be given when using in-store credits.


We use USPS Priority mail for domestic mail. International shipping currently not available. 
Shipping normally takes 2-3 days. In few instances, delivery may take up to 5 days.

Free local pickup

We offer free local pickup at Our showroom in Grand Prairie, Tx. You can select pick-up at the check-out page. You will receive a message/call when you page is ready for pick. Pick-up should be ready with in 24 hours of purchase.

Currently we do not have a public store front. We do allow for people to schedule a time to come and shop our inventory. (Include scheduling link).

Do your items run true to size?

All items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
